The practice was established by Richard Huggard in 2013 after having worked in design-led practices in Dublin and Galway and was joined by senior design architect Ciaran Tobin in 2014.

Ciaran is a graduate of Bolton St, School of Architecture Dublin and has almost 30 years’ experience covering all areas from very large scale residential, commercial to healthcare in Ireland and abroad with including award winning public buildings, offices and residences.
Many of these projects have involved listed buildings which have being renovated and extended. He has also travelled widely to visit many architectural gems around the world.
He is a skilled design architect and project manager with an interest in design collaboration with Irish artists and makers.

Richard initially studied architectural technology at Limerick Institute of Technology and Herriot Watt University (Scotland) before completing his Diploma in Architecture at University College Dublin. And over the years he has obtained many more accreditations within the built environment. This enables in-house design and assessment across many disciplines.
Richard has over 20 years’ experience working on a wide range of residential, educational, healthcare, commercial and industrial buildings in the private and public sectors.
He is a skilled site architect and project manager with a particular interest in construction technology and the implementation of BIM.
